beetje Terms and Conditions
This document sets out all the rules that apply to opening an account, playing games, claiming bonuses and managing financial transactions on the beetje platform.
By registering on or using the beetje platform, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted all the conditions described below. Please read this entire document carefully before you start using the service. If you object to any condition, please refrain from using beetje.
1. General Provisions

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To register on and use beetje, you must be at least 21 years old. Minors are not permitted to use any service on this platform. If a false age is provided during registration, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one beetje account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds will not be returned. Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method will be treated as a violation of these rules.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number and other details at the time of registration. When a withdrawal request is made, beetje reserves the right to verify your identity document, bank statement or any other document at any time. Registering with false information may result in account suspension.
2.4 Account Closure and Suspension
beetje may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly if fraud, account misuse or a breach of these rules is suspected. In such cases, the user may contact the support team via live chat or email.
3. Deposits and Payments
3.1 Accepted Methods
The following methods can be used to make deposits on beetje: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
3.2 Third-Party Funds Prohibited
Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Funds deposited using another person's account or payment method may be returned and the associated account may be closed. Cryptocurrency or any other digital currency is not accepted.
3.3 Fund Security

4. Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
Funds can be withdrawn from your account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Processing a request generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
4.2 Identity Verification
Before approving a withdrawal request, beetje may ask for a national identity card, passport or other identity document if needed. Withdrawal may be held until KYC verification is complete. This process is in place to ensure the security of your account.
4.3 Fraudulent Activity
If beetje suspects a technical error, bonus abuse or any form of fraud, it reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request and conduct an investigation. If fraud is confirmed through the investigation, the balance of the associated account will be forfeited.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000, and you will need to place ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus.
5.2 Other Promotions
beetje offers various promotions from time to time, such as the beetje Weekly Deposit Reward (50%, up to ৳5,000, wagering 20x), the beetje Slots Festival Bonus (30%, up to ৳3,000, wagering 25x) and the beetje Cricket Bonanza Offer (40%, up to ৳4,000, wagering 20x). Each offer has its own conditions and time limits.
5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, providing false information or engaging in any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If beetje detects such activity, it reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and close the account.
5.4 Bonus Changes
beetje may modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. It is recommended that you check the latest applicable conditions at the time of claiming any bonus.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on beetje run on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that outcomes are impartial. Game results are not predetermined, and no external software or strategy can influence them. Automated betting software or bots are strictly prohibited.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a technical problem occurs during a game, the relevant round or bet may be considered void and the stake will be returned. Any abnormal win resulting from a technical error will not be considered valid.
6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting
For cricket, football or other sports betting, separate rules may apply to specific matches or events. If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to beetje's own rules. In a multi-bet, if one selection is voided, that selection will be counted as odds of 1.00 and the remaining bets will be settled accordingly.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Direct and Indirect Loss
beetje is not liable for financial losses arising from gaming, technical disruptions or damage caused by internet connection issues. No compensation will be given for temporary unavailability due to platform maintenance or upgrades.
9.2 Third-Party Game Providers
Content from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and Spribe is available on beetje. These game providers have their own terms and conditions, and beetje is not responsible for any errors in their software.
9.3 Force Majeure
beetje will not be held liable if the service is disrupted due to natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, government directives or any other unavoidable circumstances.
10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have an objection to any beetje service or decision, you must inform the support team within 30 days via live chat or email. 11. Amendments and Effective Date

beetje reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. If significant changes are made, a notice will be posted on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any change means you have given your consent to the updated terms.
11.2 Severability
If any condition in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that condition will be removed and all remaining conditions will continue in full effect. beetje's decision to waive any condition on one occasion will not constitute a permanent waiver of that condition.
11.3 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy and the specific conditions of each promotion together form the entire agreement between beetje and the user. Any prior oral or written discussions are superseded by this document.
